City loan contingent continues to impress

Goalie Daniel Iversen retained a fourth straight clean sheet as fit Preston North End beat Barnsley 2-0 at Deepdale on Saturday. The success was a third straight Sky Bet Championship victory under Frankie McAvoy.
After a scoreless standoff against Stoke City, Derby County was then beaten by three goals before beating Coventry 1-0. The final game of the Lilywhites campaign is a trip to face Nottingham Forest at the City Ground this Saturday (kick off 12:30 p.m.).
Luton Town extended their unbeaten one to six games after a 0-0 draw with Rotherham United on Tuesday night. Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall played 90 minutes at Kenilworth Road as the Hatters consolidated their 12th position in the middle of the standings at second place.
Featured for the full game in the 1-0 win over Watford and the goalless draw with Reading, Dewsbury-Hall also played a starring role as Luton came on from 2-0 to beat Bristol City. The midfielder assisted goals from James Collins and Elijah Adebayo before Harry Cornick pulled the winner.
The 22-year-old then made his fourth straight start in the 1-1 draw against Middlesbrough last weekend, meaning Nathan Jones’ side are now guaranteed a first-half finish and travel to face the Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road on the last day of the season this Saturday (kick off 12:30 p.m.).
Elsewhere in the second level, Matty james assisted 70th minute winner Leo Skiri-Østigård for Coventry City in their 1-0 victory at Rotherham United.
James also played 90 minutes of the 2-0 triumph over former loan club Barnsley three days later, before a third straight win for the Sky Blues. James appeared on the bench in the 3-2 win over Stoke City, replacing Liam Kelly after a half hour of clash at the bet365 Stadium.
The central midfielder then began the 1-0 defeat to Preston North End and the 1-1 draw against Huddersfield Town, leaving Mark Robins’ side 17th in the table before tackling Millwall on Saturday afternoon (kick off at 12:30 p.m.).
Foxes ready Admiral Muskwe opened the scoring for Wycombe Wanderers in a 2-2 draw at Swansea City, before playing 79 minutes of the 2-1 return win over Bristol City. The forward was also in the starting XI for the 2-1 loss to Cardiff City on April 24, in the opening 76 minutes at Cardiff City Stadium.
Gareth Ainsworth’s side came back to victory by beating AFC Bournemouth at Adams Park on Saturday, with Muskwe playing the full game.
The Chairboys have collected seven points in their last four games to keep their hopes of championship survival alive, ahead of a final day’s meeting with Middlesbrough at Riverside Stadium on Saturday (kick-off 12:30 p.m.).

The Robins can clinch the title against Harrogate Town in the final game of the season on Saturday (kick off 3 p.m.).
Rachid Ghezzal has scored in consecutive games and recorded his 17th assist of the season as top-of-the-range Beşiktaş went one step further to seal Turkey’s Süper Lig title.
After draws against MKE Ankaragücü and Sivasspor, Ghezzal’s fourth-minute penalty helped the league leaders send Kayserispor 3-1, with the Algerian also scoring Georges-Kévin Nkoudou’s second goal.
The winger was on target again in the 3-2 win over Rizespor, once again helping Nkoudou for the opener, before shooting in what turned out to be the winner in the 75th minute.
A 7-0 success over Hatayspor followed last Saturday, with Ghezzal finding Nkoudou for the fourth goal, to send the Black Eagles five points clear of second-placed Fenerbahçe with three games to go.
